The client required a system that enabled them to import customer information that they required sending packages to. The system then should print out dispatch notes, labels for the packages and summary reports so people packing would know what went into each package.

The system then needed to communicate with DHL so that the information about each package was on their system to. The system also needed to store historical information and be able to export information out in the format required for an upload to another system.
